Robert Ferris | Capital Markets and Corporate Relations

Bob Ferris has an extensive, international background in management consulting, with a particular focus on capital formation strategies. For more than 35 years, he has advised domestic and foreign companies on matters pertaining to investor relations and corporate brand positioning, value enhancement, governance compliance issues and public financings, as well as contests for corporate control, forensic accounting and other crisis matters.

Among his earlier postings, Bob was senior executive and multiple practice chair of a communications consultancy with offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. His educational training is in accounting and law.

Bob is a frequent author and speaker on capital market issues. He was a founding member and two-term chairman of the NIRI Senior Investor Relations Roundtable, and has been a board member of several government and industry trade organizations.

Bob is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and did postgraduate work at Fairleigh Dickinson, New York Law School and New York Institute of Finance.
