Special events of any kind require much risk and much potential for positive pay-off. And, often, significant costs. The RF|Binder strategy is first of all guided by a concern for the cost-benefit consideration. With all the elements of facilities, technology, transportation, and media, we would never want our client to sponsor an event unless all the costs can be justified by anticipated results. At the same time, RF|Binder recognizes that some of the most effective communications initiatives can be events – anniversaries, press conferences, annual meetings. And they should always be supported with creative inspiration, tactical experience, and experienced cost management.
