Robert FerrisExecutive Managing Director
Robert Ferris brings extensive background in management consulting, with a focus on capital formation strategies and has advised a wide variety of domestic and foreign companies on strategic corporate positioning, corporate valuation and governance compliance issues, initial public offerings and ADR flotations, as well as takeovers, proxy contests, and other crisis management situations.
Prior to the founding of RF|Binder Partners, Ferris was Executive Vice President of Ruder Finn, Inc. and President of the Capital Markets Group. Before joining Ruder Finn in 1993, Mr. Ferris held senior positions at Gavin Anderson & Co., Investor Access Corporation, Carl Byoir & Associates, and Georgeson & Co.
Ferris, a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, did postgraduate work at Fairleigh Dickinson, New York Law School, and New York Institute of Finance.
Ferris is a member of the Board of the Senior Investor Relations Roundtable, adjunct organization of the National Investor Relations Institute. He is vice chairman of the board at the New Jersey World Trade Council and vice chairman of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority.
