Frank WaltonChief Performance Officer

Frank Walton is a communications and media strategist working with corporations, universities, and national government agencies. His experience encompasses communications research, media strategy, public affairs programs, advertising campaigns, publications, and crisis management.


Walton previously held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer of Ruder Finn, Inc., President of Research & Forecasts, Inc., and adjunct faculty positions at New York University and City College of New York.


Walton earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied philosophy of language and communication theory and taught classical rhetoric, journalism, literature, and cinema. He also studied at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England, and at INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires), Fontainebleau, France.


He is chairman of the board of the American Forum for Global Education and a member of the Franklin & Marshall College National Recognition Committee, the Brooklyn Child Advocacy Center Friends Committee, the Brooklyn Museum of Art Contemporary Arts Council, and the Prospect Park Alliance.
