Our founder, David Finn, started a Thoughts and Images initiative over forty years ago - posters and publications in which he has selected quotations and images for their ability to provoke thoughtfulness and creative thinking in all employees of the firm. David Finn has always valued new thinking. Or, as John Cage put it: I cant understand why people are frightened of new ideas. Im frightened of the old ones.
