RF|Binder was hired by Dunkin' Brands in September 2005 to provide overall public relations support to its largest division -- Dunkin' Donuts -- as it expands its footprint worldwide. Currently, there are more than 6,000 Dunkin' Donuts worldwide in 30 countries, and more than 4,400 in the U.S. across 36 states. Dunkin' Donuts is the world's largest coffee and baked goods chain, serving more than 2.7 million customers per day.


RF|Binder has been engaged to help evolve the Dunkin' Donuts brand outside the New England region and raise the awareness of the company's coffee offerings, its expanded menu items, and product launches. In October 2005, RF|Binder launched a campaign to introduce Dunkin's nine new coffee flavors with an innovative press kit, spokesperson tour and media relations campaign. To date, the campaign has generated more than six million impressions for the new product line, successfully driven sales and interest in the product and raised awareness of Dunkin' Donuts coffee excellence.


In addition, RF|Binder assists Dunkin' Donuts with managing crisis communications, financial news and corporate PR efforts.
