NEW YORK, July 9, 2013 — RF|Binder, a full-service public relations and marketing communications agency based in New York, today announced the appointment of Lauren Vincelli to senior managing director of research and business intelligence, a newly created position at the agency. Vincelli, who brings more than 10 years of experience to the role, will be responsible for leading the research group in developing in-depth research-based insights and analysis for clients and new business efforts across the agency.

Drawing from her experience in developing primary research programs and mining secondary data sources for key insights, Vincelli will provide clients and staff with timelyinformation to build strategies and support public relations programs using a robust arsenal of market research, monitoring and trends tools.

Vincelli has worked with corporations among a wide cross-section of industries, as well as with government, trade association, non-profit and political clients. Prior to joining RF|Binder, Vincelli was Vice President of Insights & Strategy at Cohn & Wolfe where she advised on research-related matters across the agency’s national offices and practice groups and was responsible for the design and implementation of primary research programs for corporate branding, technology, healthcare and consumer products clients.
In addition to her work at Cohn & Wolfe, Vincelli brings a wealth of research experience from her prior positions at Financial Dynamics, a division of FTI Consulting, Rutgers University, and a research consultancy she helped found that focused on the design and implementation of customized positioning and stakeholder management research programs. Vincelli holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
