Making Sustainability Meaningful for Small and Mid-Size Food Brands
Small to mid-size food companies have shaped and continue to shape the sustainable and local food movement. However, the world of organics, Fair Trade, and local sourcing has become even more challenging for brands, as they have to be mindful of the breadth of issues that impact consumers, government regulators and the media.
